Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 14-10-107 to allow court clerks to post legal process on district court websites in addition to physical bulletin boards when a respondent is served by publication.

Requires court clerks to post process on bulletin boards for thirty-five consecutive days no later than the day of publication, with the option to also post on the district court website.

Maintains existing requirements for court clerks to mail copies of process to respondents at their last-known addresses and file certificates of posting and mailing.

Applies to cases where personal service cannot be obtained and publication notice is ordered by the court after verification that due diligence has been used.
