Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 20-1-102 to expand district attorney duties to include representation in probation probable cause hearings arising from interstate supervision compacts.

Adds new subsection (f) requiring district attorneys to appear in probation probable cause hearings brought under the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision (Part 28 of Article 60, Title 24, C.R.S.) or the Interstate Compact for Juveniles (Part 7 of Article 60, Title 24, C.R.S.).

Updates gender-neutral language in existing statute sections by replacing "his" with "his OR HER" in references to district attorney duties.

Includes safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
