Amends Colorado law to allow courts to require residential drug treatment as a condition of probation when granting probation for any offense, not just drug offenses.

Permits courts to place offenders in community corrections programs that provide residential drug treatment when assessed treatment needs indicate such placement is necessary and appropriate.

Requires that agreements between courts and community corrections programs for residential drug treatment be subject to review and approval by the community corrections board in the relevant jurisdiction.

Authorizes community corrections programs providing residential drug treatment to receive funding from the correctional treatment cash fund, as well as local funding, public or private grants, and offender fees.
