Allows school districts to adopt policies permitting primary caregivers or medical professionals to administer medical marijuana in nonsmokeable form to authorized students on school grounds, school buses, and school-sponsored events.

Requires students to hold a valid medical marijuana recommendation and restricts administration to primary caregivers or professionals employed specifically to assist the student, with no disruption to the educational environment.

Prohibits school district staff from being required to administer medical marijuana and allows school districts to establish reasonable parameters for administration.

Prevents school districts from disciplining or denying school attendance to students with valid medical marijuana recommendations solely because they require nonsmokeable medical marijuana as a reasonable accommodation.

Permits school districts to decline participation only if they can demonstrate loss of federal funding as a result of implementing the policy and post a statement on their website explaining the decision.
