Mandates multi-serving liquids use a single mechanism that achieves both child-resistance and accurate pouring measurement in increments of 10 milligrams or less of active THC per serving.

Limits multi-serving liquid products to a maximum of 100 milligrams of active THC total per package.

Requires the measurement component to be integrated within the child-resistant cap or closure of the bottle rather than as a separate component.
