Authorizes the Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture to sell the department's warehouse and storage facility at 5000 Packing House Road in Denver at fair market value, with proceeds credited to the agriculture management fund.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Agriculture to acquire vacant land at 300 Technology Drive, Broomfield (parcel 157533413004) for future construction of a lab facility to house the inspection and consumer services division.

Requires sale proceeds to be used specifically to acquire the Broomfield property, subject to appropriation.

Mandates that any future capital construction project for the inspection and consumer services division facility be prioritized for funding by the office of state planning and budgeting and included in the governor's annual executive budget.

Amends the agriculture management fund statute to authorize use of proceeds from the sale of the Denver warehouse and storage facility for department office consolidation expenses.
