Denver Broncos defeated Carolina Panthers 24-10 at Super Bowl 50 on February 7, 2016, with 71,088 fans in attendance, delivering one of the most dominant defensive performances in NFL history.

Broncos completed the 2015 regular season with a 12-4 record, winning their fifth consecutive AFC Western Division Championship and securing the number one seed in the AFC.

Approximately one million people gathered in downtown Denver to celebrate the Broncos' Super Bowl 50 victory and the return of the Lombardi Trophy.

Broncos organization has donated millions of dollars over several years to support youth football leagues, Habitat for Humanity projects, and the Denver Broncos Boys & Girls Club branch.

House Resolution recognizes and congratulates the Denver Broncos organization for their season success, Super Bowl 50 victory, and contributions to Denver and Colorado, with copies to be sent to Owner Pat Bowlen, President/CEO Joe Ellis, General Manager John Elway, and Head Coach Gary Kubiak.
