State Auditor must conduct performance audits of community-centered boards receiving more than 75% of annual funding from federal, state, or local government sources within the first five years following the bill's effective date.

All community-centered boards are subject to the Colorado Local Government Audit Law requirements.

Community-centered boards must post board meeting dates, times, locations, and agendas on their websites at least 14 business days (7 days for agendas) before regular meetings and 24 hours before special meetings.

Boards must publish financial audits and Form 990 filings on their websites within 30 days, and make annual budgets and financial control policies available upon request within five business days.

Contracts with the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing or Department of Human Services must be posted on the board's website within 30 days of board approval, and board members must receive direct email addresses not filtered by the organization.
