Expands immunity from arrest and prosecution for drug or alcohol overdose events to include up to two additional persons (besides the reporter) who meet reporting conditions.

Extends immunity protections to persons who suffer overdose events (in addition to those who report them), provided the event is reported in good faith.

Persons meeting immunity requirements cannot be prosecuted for violations of pretrial release, probation, or parole conditions arising from the same incident.

Law enforcement must issue a summons instead of making an arrest for persons with warrants involving failure to appear, failure to pay fines, misdemeanors, petty offenses, or traffic offenses (excluding felony warrants).

Applies identical immunity protections to underage persons who report or experience alcohol or marijuana-related medical emergencies, expanding to up to two additional underage persons.
