Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 33-6-121 to allow hunters to wear fluorescent pink garments as an alternative to daylight fluorescent orange when hunting elk, deer, pronghorn, moose, or black bear with firearms.

Requires garments to be solid fluorescent pink or daylight fluorescent orange colored material with sufficient brightness to be seen conspicuously from a reasonable distance.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on August 10, 2016, unless a referendum petition is filed within 90 days after the general assembly adjourns.

If a referendum petition is filed, the act will not take effect unless approved by voters at the November 2016 general election, in which case it becomes effective upon the governor's official declaration of the vote.
