Enacts the "Uniform Recognition and Enforcement of Canadian Domestic Violence Protection Orders Act" based on recommendations from the national conference of commissioners on uniform state laws.

Authorizes law enforcement officers to enforce Canadian domestic violence protection orders when probable cause exists that a valid order has been violated, without requiring a certified copy of the order.

Allows Colorado courts to issue orders enforcing or refusing to enforce Canadian domestic violence protection orders upon application by authorized persons or respondents, following state procedures for domestic protection order enforcement.

Permits individuals to register Canadian domestic violence protection orders in Colorado without charge; registered orders may be entered in state or federal protection order registries.

Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for state and local officials, law enforcement, prosecutors, and court clerks acting in good faith to register or enforce Canadian domestic violence protection orders.
