Voter registration drive organizers and circulators must complete mandatory training requirements established by the Secretary of State before conducting registration activities.

Circulators must sign an affirmation confirming they have fulfilled the training requirements prior to circulating any voter registration applications.

Voter registration drive organizers must maintain and make available to the Secretary of State records documenting the training completed by their circulators.

Within 22 days before an election, circulators must inform electors that voter registration applications must be submitted to a voter service and polling center, county clerk and recorder's office, or through the online voter registration system to be eligible to vote in the upcoming election.
