Repeals the "Medical Clean Claims Transparency and Uniformity Act" in Colorado Revised Statutes, eliminating requirements for standardized payment rules and claim edits.

Removes the definition of "Edit" from statute 25-37-102(4), which previously specified procedures for adjusting procedure codes and payment determinations.

Repeals section 25-37-106 entirely, which established the standardized set of payment rules and claim edits referenced throughout the Act.

Modifies section 25-37-101 to remove the exception for section 25-37-106, simplifying applicability requirements for persons or entities contracting with health care providers.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, with the general assembly declaring the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
