• Requires the Colorado Division of Veterans Affairs to make reasonable efforts to notify armed forces members planning to return to civilian life in Colorado about professional licensing requirements.

• Clarifies that the division shall seek federal reimbursement for allowable costs of maintaining the state military veterans' cemetery as permitted by federal law.
