• Reduces distillery and rectifier manufacturer license fees from $1,050 to $675 annually for the period August 10, 2016 through August 9, 2017, then to $300 annually on or after August 10, 2017.

• Reduces wholesaler liquor license fees from $1,050 to $800 annually for the period August 10, 2016 through August 9, 2017, then to $550 annually on or after August 10, 2017.

• Act takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on August 10, 2016, contingent on passage of a referendum petition approval by voters at the November 2016 general election if such petition is filed within 90 days of final adjournment.
