Committees with aggregate amounts between $200 and $5,000 must register with the appropriate officer within ten business days, providing committee name, registered agent, principal place of business address, purpose, and financial institution details, but are not required to disclose individual contributions or expenditures.

Committees that exceed $5,000 in aggregate contributions or expenditures must comply with standard issue committee disclosure requirements, including reporting individual contributor names, addresses, and specific contribution amounts within fifteen days of crossing the threshold.

Appropriates $20,130 to the Department of State for implementation and related information technology services for the 2016-17 fiscal year; all provisions sunset on June 30, 2019.
