Approves additions to the drinking water revolving fund (DWRF) project eligibility list administered by the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, including approximately 80 new water management facility projects statewide.

Modifies approximately 41 existing DWRF projects to add or expand eligible project components such as distribution, transmission, meters, interconnection, and source water protection features.

Deletes approximately 39 DWRF projects from the eligibility list due to completion, alternative funding sources, ineligibility, or achievement of compliance standards.

Approves additions, modifications, and deletions to the water pollution control revolving fund (WPCRF) project eligibility list for wastewater treatment system improvements at numerous Colorado municipalities and districts.

Resolution requires presentation to the Governor for signature per Colorado Revised Statutes sections 37-95-107.6 and 37-95-107.8.
