Designates United States Highway 285 from Mile Marker 238 to Mile Marker 245 as the "Sergeant Sean P. Renfro Memorial Highway"

Honors Sergeant Sean Patrick Renfro, a Jefferson County Sheriff's Office employee who served 15 years in law enforcement starting in August 2000 and was promoted to Sergeant in January 2009

Renfro was killed on January 3, 2015, while off-duty when he stopped to assist with a traffic accident during a snow storm on Highway 285 at Mile Marker 241 and was struck by another vehicle

Authorizes the Colorado Department of Transportation to accept and expend gifts, grants, and donations for the initial placement of two memorial signs marking the designated highway section

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Renfro's wife, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, county commissioners, state transportation officials, and the Department of Public Safety
