Designates March 14, 2016, as "Colorado Civil Air Patrol Day" at the Colorado State Capitol to commemorate the organization's 75th anniversary since its founding on December 1, 1941.

Commends the Colorado Wing of the Civil Air Patrol for conducting 20 search and rescue missions in 2015 that resulted in saving 3 lives, and for assisting FEMA and state agencies during recent floods and wildfires.

Recognizes the Colorado Wing's cadet program with nearly 800 members for providing aerospace education, leadership development, and youth participation in national competitions including CyberPatriot cyber defense.

Acknowledges the Civil Air Patrol's three core missions: emergency services, cadet programs, and aerospace education, including its role as the official U.S. Air Force auxiliary since 1948.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Colorado leadership including Governor John Hickenlooper, the National Commander of the Civil Air Patrol, and the Commander of the Colorado Wing.
