Designates March 21, 2016, as "Single Parents' Day" in Colorado to recognize the dedication and achievements of single parents.

Notes that the number of single-parent families has more than tripled in the past 25 years, with more than 25 million children currently living in single-parent homes.

References Congress's 1984 designation of March 21 as "National Single Parent Day" through House Joint Resolution 200 (Public Law 98-240) and President Reagan's Proclamation 5166.

Acknowledges Colorado became the first state in 1993 to officially recognize March 21 as "Single Parents' Day."

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to Janice S. Moglen of the Coalition for Single Parents' Day.
