Appoints a joint committee of five members (two Senate members and three House members) to notify Governor John Hickenlooper that the Second Regular Session of the Seventieth General Assembly is about to adjourn sine die.

Committee members are to be appointed respectively by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Committee is tasked with inquiring whether the Governor has any communication to convey to the General Assembly in joint session.
