Amends Colorado Revised Statute 39-11-130 to allow county treasurers to collect computer software costs from persons redeeming property from tax sales, in addition to existing notice, abstract, and search fees.

Persons redeeming land or claims from tax sales must pay the county treasurer or authorized officer amounts paid to third parties for computer software costs incurred in processing the redemption.

If property is redeemed before the redemption period expires, the tax deed purchaser or their assigns recover publication costs, abstract and search fees, and the newly added software costs as part of their interest and costs.

The act applies to all applications for treasurer's deeds commenced on or after July 1, 2017.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
