Replaces all references to the outdated "ANSI A117.1-1998" standard with "ICC/ANSI A117.1" throughout Colorado Revised Statutes sections governing accessible housing design.

Adds a new definition for "ICC/ANSI A117.1" as the "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" standard promulgated and amended by the International Code Council, allowing automatic updates to successor standards.

Updates accessibility requirements for Type A and Type B dwelling units, accessible routes, parking spaces, and alteration standards to reference the current ICC/ANSI A117.1 standard and any successor sections.

Repeals the outdated definition of "ANSI A117.1-1998" from Colorado law.

Takes effect August 9, 2017, and applies to buildings and facilities constructed or altered on or after the effective date, subject to voter approval if a referendum petition is filed.
