• Relocates laws related to the Department of Public Health and Environment from Title 12 to Title 25 of Colorado Revised Statutes as part of organizational recodification

• Moves the Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act from sections 12-29.3-101 through 12-29.3-113 to sections 25-1.5-601 through 25-1.5-613, allowing out-of-state volunteer health practitioners to provide emergency services during declared emergencies under specified conditions

• Relocates the Cancer Cure Control statute from Title 12, Article 30 to Title 25, Article 48, maintaining all provisions regarding investigation and regulation of cancer treatments and devices

• Repeals former Title 12, Articles 29.3 and 30 after relocation

• Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the 90-day period after final adjournment (August 9, 2017), unless subject to successful referendum petition requiring voter approval in November 2018
