Relocates wholesale sales representative laws from Title 12, Article 66 to Title 13, Article 21, Part 13 as part of organizational recodification with no substantive changes to the laws.

Nonresident distributors, jobbers, or manufacturers entering written contracts in Colorado are deemed to be doing business in Colorado for personal jurisdiction purposes.

Distributors, jobbers, or manufacturers who knowingly fail to pay commissions owe treble damages to the sales representative, plus reasonable attorney fees and costs to the prevailing party in civil actions.

Exempts persons licensed under Title 12, Articles 46 or 47 (liquor licensees) from the wholesale sales representative provisions.

Takes effect August 9, 2017, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires approval by voters at the November 2018 general election.
