Repeals article 38.3 of title 24 in Colorado Revised Statutes, eliminating the Governor's Office of Marijuana Coordination.

Removes the Governor's Office of Marijuana Coordination from the list of state agencies required to integrate marijuana messaging and information under Colorado Revised Statutes 25-3.5-1006.

Maintains requirement for the division to integrate information from remaining agencies (Department of Human Services, Transportation, Revenue, Law, Public Safety, and Education) to align messaging for public education campaigns and website.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.

Includes safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
