Amends Section 3 of Chapter 230 in the 2016 Colorado Session Laws to correct the amending clause language in Senate Bill 16-146.

Repeals 14 provisions from Part 14 of Article 4 of Title 25 (Colorado Revised Statutes sections 25-4-1401 through 25-4-1410).

Repeals five additional sections from Title 18 and Title 25 of the Colorado Revised Statutes: 18-7-201.5, 18-7-201.7, 18-7-205.5, 18-7-205.7, and 25-1-1202 (1) (ccc).

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on August 9, 2017 (or the day following adjournment if earlier), unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires voter approval at the November 2018 general election to take effect.
