Extends the sunset date for naturopathic doctor registration from September 1, 2017 to September 1, 2020, implementing the Department of Regulatory Agencies' sunset review recommendations.

Changes naturopathic doctor titles from "naturopathic doctor" or "N.D." to "registered naturopathic doctor" or "R.N.D." to reflect registered status.

Expands the naturopathic formulary definition to include prescription substances and devices authorized under the naturopathic medicine article.

Requires malpractice insurance carriers to report final judgments and settlements against registered naturopathic doctors to the Division of Professions and Occupations for investigation and potential disciplinary action.

Adds naturopathic doctors to mandatory reporting requirements for mistreatment of at-risk elders and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and for child abuse or neglect.
