Repeals section 25-1.5-504(6), which previously scheduled the Colorado Health Service Corps Advisory Council to sunset on July 1, 2017, thereby continuing the council indefinitely.

Removes the Colorado Health Service Corps Advisory Council from the list of advisory committees subject to sunset review under section 2-3-1203, C.R.S.

Eliminates the requirement for the advisory council to undergo sunset review as provided in section 2-3-1203, C.R.S. prior to its previous repeal date.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
