Repeals subsection (6) of Colorado Revised Statutes 28-5-702, which scheduled the Colorado Board of Veterans Affairs for repeal on July 1, 2017, thereby continuing the board indefinitely.

Removes the Colorado Board of Veterans Affairs from the sunset review list in Colorado Revised Statutes 2-3-1203(4)(a)(I), eliminating its scheduled termination date.

Declares the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety under the safety clause provision.
