Repeals the July 1, 2017 sunset date for local advisory boards serving veterans community living centers in Colorado Revised Statutes section 26-12-121.

Removes the requirement that local advisory boards for veterans community living centers undergo sunset review under section 2-3-1203.

Allows the local advisory boards to continue operating indefinitely rather than automatically terminating on July 1, 2017.

Declared necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety under the bill's safety clause.
