Relocates Colorado Revised Statutes Title 12 provisions related to dance halls, escort services, and pawnbrokers to Title 29 and Title 30 as a nonsubstantive organizational recodification

Moves dance hall licensing laws (formerly 12-18-101 through 12-18-105) to Part 5 of Article 15, Title 30 (sections 30-15-501 through 30-15-505)

Moves escort service licensing laws (formerly 12-25.5-101 through 12-25.5-115) to Article 11.8, Title 29 (sections 29-11.8-101 through 29-11.8-115)

Moves pawnbroker licensing laws (formerly 12-56-101 through 12-56-104) to Article 11.9, Title 29 (sections 29-11.9-101 through 29-11.9-104)

Updates all cross-references throughout Colorado Revised Statutes to reflect the relocated provisions and repeals the original Title 12 articles; effective August 9, 2017, subject to voter approval if a referendum petition is filed
