Allows wineries and spirits distilleries to operate up to 2 additional approved sales room locations (increased from 1) at no additional licensing cost.

Permits breweries licensed as wholesalers to operate up to 2 temporary sales room locations in addition to 1 permanent sales room, with temporary rooms operating for no more than 3 consecutive days.

Requires state licensing authority to establish rules specifying the timeframe for local licensing authority responses to temporary sales room applications (not more than 3 days).

Sales room authority can be included in original license or added by supplemental application at no additional cost.

Act takes effect August 9, 2017, subject to potential referendum petition requiring voter approval in November 2018.
