Designates October 2017 as Conflict Resolution Month in Colorado, joining Governor John Hickenlooper's proclamation.

Invites Coloradans to create events celebrating and promoting productive conflict resolution practices in their communities, homes, schools, neighborhoods, congregations, and workplaces.

Encourages development of educational and training programs emphasizing facilitative, interest-based, party-centered, and restorative conflict resolution practices for judges, court officials, state executive branch staff, and local government officials.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Colorado Supreme Court chief justice, state court administrators, judicial district judges and administrators, Governor Hickenlooper, Colorado Bar Association leadership, mediation organizations, newspapers, and Colorado's congressional delegation.
