Designates March 21, 2017, as "Single Parents' Day" in Colorado to recognize the dedication and achievements of all single parents.

Notes that more than 25 million children in the United States currently live in single-parent homes and that single-parent families have more than tripled over the past 25 years.

References Congress passing House Joint Resolution 200 in 1984, which designated March 21 as "National Single Parent Day," and President Reagan issuing Proclamation 5166 to recognize the date.

Acknowledges that Colorado became the first state in 1993 to officially recognize March 21 as "Single Parents' Day."

Requires copies of the joint resolution to be sent to Janice S. Moglen of the Coalition for Single Parents' Day.
