Designates February 19-25, 2017, as "Engineers' Week" in Colorado.

Recognizes engineers' use of scientific and technical knowledge to address major technological challenges including rebuilding disaster-affected areas, designing future infrastructure, environmental cleanup, and energy innovation.

Acknowledges engineers' role in encouraging young math and science students and preparing society to meet twenty-first century challenges.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado, the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry, and the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce.
