Extends the income tax credit for taxpayers making monetary contributions to promote child care in Colorado through January 1, 2025 (previously was set to expire January 1, 2020).

Allows eligible taxpayers to claim a credit equal to 50% of the total value of their child care contributions against Colorado income tax under Article 22.

Delays the repeal of the child care tax credit statute from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2032.

Takes effect August 8, 2018, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires voter approval at the November 2018 general election.
