Allows applicants for employment or current employees to waive Colorado's constitutional minimum wage requirement and negotiate a different wage with their employer by mutual agreement.

Requires employers to post and maintain a notice informing applicants and employees of their right to negotiate wages, with the notice conspicuously displayed at the work location.

Takes effect on August 8, 2018, unless a referendum petition is filed within 90 days after final adjournment, in which case the act requires approval by voters at the November 2018 general election to take effect.
