Division of Criminal Justice shall provide human trafficking training through train-the-trainer programs, direct trainings, and online programs to law enforcement agencies, victim service organizations, schools, and other entities upon request.

Training curricula must be developed in collaboration with the Colorado Human Trafficking Council, and the division shall prioritize requests from areas with limited access to training resources.

Division must include annual updates on trainings provided in the Colorado Human Trafficking Council's annual report beginning January 17, 2019.

Division may accept and expend money, gifts, grants, donations, services, and in-kind donations from public or private entities to support the training program, with specified conditions and documentation requirements.

$69,922 is appropriated from the general fund for fiscal year 2018-19 to the Department of Public Safety for implementation, requiring 0.8 FTE for Division of Criminal Justice administrative services.
