Extends the Advanced Industries Export Acceleration Program reporting requirement through November 2024 instead of the original four-year timeline that ended in 2018.

Changes the program's repeal date from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2025, extending the program by six additional years.

Repeals the provision requiring $300,000 annual transfers from the general fund to the advanced industries export acceleration cash fund.

Appropriates $175,000 to the advanced industries export acceleration cash fund for fiscal year 2018-19 from the general fund.

Appropriates $175,000 to the Colorado Office of Economic Development within the Governor's office for global business development using reappropriated funds from the cash fund.
