• Removes sections 18-7-501 through 18-7-504, which defined harmful materials and prohibited selling, loaning, or displaying such materials to minors.

• Updates Section 12-61-113 to remove reference to Part 5 of Article 7 from the list of crimes triggering professional license revocation for engineers and land surveyors.

• Updates Section 12-61-1010 to remove reference to Part 5 of Article 7 from the list of crimes triggering professional license revocation for architects.

• Updates Section 13-10-126 to remove reference to Part 5 of Article 7 from eligibility restrictions for prostitution offender programs.

• Takes effect August 8, 2018, unless subject to a referendum petition.
