Eliminates Article 33.5 of Title 35, Colorado Revised Statutes, which contains the regulations governing home food service plans under the "Sale of Meat Act"

Implements the Department of Regulatory Agencies' sunset review recommendation to repeal the home food service plan regulation

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety

Governor John W. Hickenlooper signed the bill into law
