• Grants Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) providers read-only access to the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) to view Medicaid eligibility information for their clients

• Allows PACE providers to monitor continued Medicaid eligibility of their clients and identify when eligibility is erroneously terminated or suspended

• Requires PACE providers to notify affected clients and the state department when a client's Medicaid eligibility is erroneously terminated or suspended

• Takes effect August 8, 2018, or if subject to referendum petition, upon approval by voters at the November 2018 general election
