Extends the sunset date for the Department of Agriculture's regulation of custom meat processing from July 1, 2018 to September 1, 2023.

Removes custom meat processing regulation from the July 1, 2018 repeal schedule and adds it to the September 1, 2023 repeal schedule under the sunset review process.

Requires the Department of Agriculture's licensing functions for custom meat processing to be reviewed in accordance with the sunset review process under section 24-34-104.

Allows licensed poultry producers to sell poultry to both retail food establishments licensed under section 25-4-1606 and to individuals.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
