• Requires state rulemaking agencies to provide a link on their websites to the online regulatory notice enrollment form maintained by the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

• Takes effect August 8, 2018, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case the act requires voter approval at the November 2018 general election to take effect.
