Repeals the scheduled sunset provision for the wildland-urban interface training advisory board, extending its continuation beyond July 1, 2018.

Removes the repealing language from Colorado Revised Statutes 2-3-1203(6)(a)(II) that would have terminated the advisory board on July 1, 2018.

Removes the repealing language from Colorado Revised Statutes 24-33.5-1212(3) that would have eliminated the board's statutory authorization, composition, and operational requirements.

Implements recommendations from the 2017 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies regarding continuation of the board.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
