Extends the repeal date of the stroke advisory board from September 1, 2018 to September 1, 2028, continuing the board for an additional 10 years.

Removes the stroke advisory board from the September 1, 2018 repeal list in the sunset review statute (section 2-3-1203(7)(a)(II)).

Adds the stroke advisory board to a new repeal list effective September 1, 2028, with that subsection itself repealing on September 1, 2030.

Requires the Department of Regulatory Agencies to review the stroke advisory board's functions in accordance with sunset review procedures before the 2028 repeal date.

Takes effect September 1, 2018, subject to voter approval if a referendum petition is filed within 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly.
