Establishes staffing levels for legislative operations with total assumptions of 288.3 FTE across all departments

Transfers $850,000 from the state historical fund's preservation grant program account to the legislative department cash fund on October 1, 2018 for restoration of the old supreme court chamber in the state capitol building

Anticipates approximately $199,000 in tax levy revenue from civil actions to offset expenses of statute revision by the office of legislative legal services
