Extends the Colorado transitional jobs program through June 30, 2024, allowing eligible individuals to participate in transitional jobs starting July 1, 2013.

Stops accepting new transitional job participants after December 31, 2023, instead of the previous deadline of December 31, 2018.

Delays the repeal of the transitional jobs program from July 1, 2022, to July 1, 2025.

Appropriates $1,278,751 from the general fund to the Department of Human Services, Office of Self Sufficiency for the 2018-19 fiscal year, based on an assumption of requiring 1.0 additional FTE.

Becomes effective August 8, 2018, unless subject to a successful referendum petition filed by voters during the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly.
