• Transfers $954,545 from the general fund to the forest restoration and wildfire risk mitigation grant program on July 1, 2017 and 2018.

• Transfers $1,186,363 from the general fund to the healthy forests and vibrant communities fund on July 1, 2017 and 2018.

• Adds $3 million transfer from the general fund to the species conservation trust fund on July 1, 2018 (in addition to the existing $4.09 million transfer).

• Redirects funds from multiple state conservation and water programs to the severance tax operational fund on June 1, 2018 to address revenue shortfalls, including $727,888 from the species conservation trust fund and $1,455,776 from the water supply reserve fund.

• Authorizes $3 million in spending from the species conservation trust fund in fiscal year 2018-19 for native wildlife conservation, river recovery programs, and nonnative species control.
